Small Business Saturday is a nationwide celebration that takes place on the Saturday after Thanksgiving to encourage everyone to support local businesses (this year, it's November 30). In this season of giving, consider the heartwarming experience of supporting the economic vitality of your community by choosing to shop local in Downtown Evanston!
Downtown Evanston is preparing its annual Holiday Shopping Passport to help guide your local shopping experience, and offer a gift that gives back to the Evanston business community. Spend $100 (or more) at participating Downtown Evanston shops on Saturday, November 30 and you'll receive a $20 Evanston Gift Card -- so you can do even more local shopping!
The Holiday Shopping Passports will be available at any of the participating business listed below. When you check out at the register after a purchase, collect a signature(s) and the amount(s) spent at each participating location. After you've spent a total of $100 or more, please bring your Holiday Shopping Passport to Creative Coworking (922 Davis Street) on November 30 from 11AM – 5PM to receive your complimentary $20 Evanston Gift Card. All gift cards will be provided electronically, via email.
Back for its second year during Small Business Saturday, get into the holiday spirit with a FREE trolley ride around the Main-Dempster Mile and Downtown Evanston! The trolley will make a continuous loop and stop at various locations throughout both business districts. Click here to plan your holiday trolley adventure. Thanks to Northwestern for sponsoring the trolley and supporting Evanston businesses!
