Downtown Evanston and City of Evanston Parks and Recreation are excited to cohost S'mores on the Square, a delightful and cozy community event around open fire pits at Fountain Square. The festive gatherings will take place on two Saturdays, February 10 and March 9, from 5-7pm. Residents and visitors of all ages are invited to join in the fun, bringing their enthusiasm and a sweet tooth to the event. While you're downtown, be sure to make plans for dinner and/or a drink with friends or family!

Downtown Evanston will provide attendees with free s’mores "kits" (1 kit per person) to create perfect golden-brown marshmallows over the fire pits provided by Evanston Parks & Recreation. Feel free to also bring your own s'mores fixings if you'd like to make extras!
If you're driving into Downtown Evanston, we recommend parking in the Sherman Plaza Self Park garage--it's only a block away from Fountain Square. More information about parking. Downtown Evanston is also easily accessible by bike, bus or train!
